The Role:
Due to ongoing growth in our area, we want to speak to an Experienced Recruitment Business Manager who can work in our brand new Gloucester office.
Ideally we are looking for a team leader, who can build upon our established business and grow across the UK.
The role is a diverse role, and includes:
· management of the team of 2
· sales and marketing of our recruitment services business to business
· client servicing, ensuring our clients are satisfied
· growth of the branch
· Responsibility for the success of the branch
· Dealing with queries locally, prior to intervention from Head Office
We offer:
· Industry standard salary based on your experience and level in the industry ( from £35,000 to £40,000 for a Manager basic negotiable ) plus commission and bonuses
· Excellent uncapped commission and bonus scheme

We require:
· Experienced Recruitment Business Manager
· Experience working in within the construction market as a senior looking to grow or an experienced manager
· A clear understanding of Recruitment Legislation
· The ambition to grow your desks and teams
· The will to succeed with support from Management Team
